VaM → Nishi: measure, convert, exceed — a live example

Virt-a-Mate is a capability target: its asset bytes never enter our systems; its measurements do, and they set the bars our sovereign character lane must clear. Every number below is a row in the measured-facts plane (refcorpus.jrnl), written by a gated organ, behind an admission contract that structurally refuses asset payload and any statistic drawn from fewer than 8 sources.

1 · INGEST — nx_varfacts reads the package MANIFEST + declared license (gate 6/6) 2 · PLANE — rows admitted only through the k≥8 walls (nx_refcorpus gate 7/7) 3 · TARGETS — distributions become capability bars 4 · BUILD OURS — sovereign lane, improved per 2026 SOTA 5 · MEASURE OURS — same ruler (nx_modelfacts gate 9/9)

3D vs 3D

Reference render slot — fills from operator-owned reference content rendered LOCALLY on the estate (never republished; the license wall applies to pixels as much as to bytes). Until then the reference side is its measured bars, right column below.

Nishi anatomy-derived face mesh, generated and rendered sovereignly

ours · anatomy-derived face mesh, generated + rendered by the sovereign lane · nishi_being_walk.glb — the skinned, walking body: drop it into any glTF viewer (Blender, three.js, Godot) — interop is the point.

What “convert” means here

The lower format is preserved — our master representation projects out to glTF/GLB today (export proven in 4 gates, import proven on third-party assets) and VRM next, so anything we build stays loadable by the ecosystems these communities already use. Ours is improved — the master carries what the projections cannot: anatomy-derived generation, a 104-joint rig, gated soft-tissue physics, and (per the 2026 SOTA) parametric body spaces and splat-track rendering — down-converted on export, never stripped.

The walls, mechanically: ingest reads only the archive's central directory and its own declared license (nx_varfacts_gate T1/T5: a partial census is refused, never undercounted); the plane admits only short, plain, k≥8 aggregates (nx_refcorpus_gate T2–T5: payload, base64, and small-sample statistics are each refused with a named reason). A creator's work cannot leak through this page — by construction, not by promise.
