What PROVEN means here. A domain is PROVEN only when its executed gate is GREEN and every capability it claims grounds in a real symbol on disk — the unfakeable ratio nx_sota_status reports. Finance and legal are the only two domains in the 40-domain ecosystem whose proof is FRESH (seconds old); the other seven PROVEN domains rest on week-old stamps. Coverage rose organ-by-organ with zero inflation: each new capability was built, gate-proven, then grounded before the number moved.

Each organ is a sovereign NishiLang library + an independent gate that prints per-assertion PASS/FAIL and a machine-readable VERDICT=GREEN. The design thesis, one line: make the unsafe case inexpressible. A missing SEC fact, an unestablished accrual date, an unreachable yield, an unreviewed document, a growth rate above the discount rate — each returns an aligned refusal sentinel that composes through the whole pipeline as “missing”, never as a silent zero or a confident fabrication. That is the difference between a tool a professional can rely on and one that looks authoritative and is wrong.

Honesty caveats, stated plainly: the coverage numbers are the honesty gate's own measure of grounded capability, not a head-to-head benchmark against Harvey, Bloomberg, Westlaw, or LexisNexis. Rows marked as a unique capability are a scored differentiation claim, not a run-off. “Gate-proven” means the organ's own assertions pass and its symbols ground on disk — the strongest claim we make.
