Overview

The purpose, declared position and evidence coverage of this domain. Source presence and completed acceptance are different measures.

Where we are. MEASURED 2026-08-27: the sovereign geo substrate is REAL and gated -- 23 GEO libs (web-mercator tiles, raster choropleth fill, spatial join, integer Dijkstra routing plus isochrones, geocoding, fuzzy places, hex indexing, GPS map-matching) plus a real-OSM vector renderer (nx_geo_osmrender: ODbL extract to a styled layered map, zero third-party map libs) and a measured-exceed geo census vs the Google-PostGIS-Turf field (gc_measure, ratchets as rungs land). What does NOT exist: any civic data layer, any US-wide banked base data beyond one test extract, any QoL index, any partnership ranker. The listings JUDGES live in realestate (fr_ev_present manipulation gate, cf_kv downside gate) and are repointed, never restated; nx_flip_gate ran GREEN 23 of 23 live at admission.

Where we need to go. OPERATOR ASK (2026-08-27): identify potholes, power outages, crashes, cancer counts with the downwind-of-nuclear-testing lens, taxes, transportation cost -- bottom-up and top-down -- find where to PARTNER WITH GOVERNMENTS to improve citizens' lives across jobs, agriculture and industry, all on a Nishi map forked off maps that exist, with land and buildings for sale (especially by owner) and an answer to the fake-dollars-per-acre gaming on Zillow-class platforms.
