LANDED-UNFLIPPED covers any contract whose symbol resolves while its matrix row still carries the watch marker, because the regen does not flip a row and the landing seat does. GAP-WATCH covers any contract that nothing outside a comment or an emitted string carries, so an old substring rule once grounded it and the ONE SYMBOL RULER does not: gt_drape_mesh sits here as of 2026-09-01, after four days published as LANDED on the strength of a single comment reading (gt_drape_mesh), declared, not implied. GROUNDED covers the remainder -- no watch marker, and the symbol resolves in the organ the row names. A RESOLVING SYMBOL IS PRESENCE AND NOT PROOF, which the pt_gamut_report row on this very board already says in its own words, so a landed row is not a proven rung: PT7 and PT8 stay open on their own done-rules whatever the flip state of their cells.
