nx_font_curve.nx -- the CURVED-stroke primitive (last stroke type): real TrueType quadratic Beziers via OFF-curve points (flag 0 = control, flag 1 = on-curve). Adds an ellipse() ring helper + per-point on/off flags to the glyph model (previously all-on-curve straight polygons). Proven with round glyphs across scripts: O(U+4F) Q(U+51) 0(U+30 digit) + Korean ㅇ(U+3147 ieung) -- each a filled ring (outer ellipse CCW + inner CW, nonzero-winding leaves the counter hollow). One self-validated .ttf -> web_assets/nishi_curve.ttf + page. Completes the stroke toolkit: horizontal + vertical + diagonal + CURVE. license_tier: ORIGINAL expect_exit: 0
