nx_font_diag.nx -- DIAGONAL-STROKE generator upgrade (the capability multiplier). Adds integer isqrt + add_seg:
a thick segment in ANY direction -> a 4-point parallelogram contour, force-wound CCW (shoelace sign) so it
matches add_rect and overlaps fill under nonzero-winding. Unlocks diagonals -> proves it with Latin diagonal
letters (N A V X Y Z K W M -> toward full Latin) + Japanese KATAKANA (ト ノ ハ, which need diagonals) in one
self-validated .ttf -> web_assets/nishi_diag.ttf + nishi_diag.html. license_tier: ORIGINAL expect_exit: 0
