nx_games_url_check.nx -- sovereign live check of the GAMES URLs via our own TLS client. Fetches each, stores
the HTTP status, and prints a CLEAN summary at the END (so it isn't buried under the client's per-request
logs). This is how we KNOW which game URLs actually serve. Self-contained; run via the sovereign runner.
