nx_inline_vec_measure_gate.nx -- PROOF (re-runnable) of the S21 F3 root fix: when the renderer paints
with the proportional VECTOR font, layout must reserve the SAME widths (font_adv_em sums), not the wider
bitmap widths -- the drift put visible gaps around every styled inline span/link (Wikipedia links, the
/experiential intro labels). T1/T2 prove exactness in both modes; T3 proves inline CONTIGUITY (the next
run starts where the previous ended -- the gap is structurally gone); T4 is the can-fail control (vec
