B3 (research pipeline): re-point the loop off the Playwright benchmark
onto the team's OWN sovereign HTTPS stack. Fetches the SAME page the
Playwright benchmark used -- en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_development --
over nx_tls13_client_session_run + nx_https_get_complete (no browser,
no node, no curl), validated against the real Mozilla CA store, with
the team's identified User-Agent (NishiBot, already in the request
builder -- Wikimedia 403s anonymous clients).
Saves the raw HTTP response (header+body) to
knowledge/fetched/wiki_web_dev_sovereign.raw (cwd = nxc2)
for the next rung (html->text -> ce_extract -> census -> pe14).
