about
nx_torrent_sota_fetch.nx -- SOVEREIGN multi-source fetch of the REAL torrent-client STATE OF THE ART, so the
competitor census is grounded in FETCHED FACTS, not my memory (doctrine: research honestly, not memory-toss).
Sources = the AUTHORITATIVE references: libtorrent's feature list (the reference impl qBittorrent/Deluge are
built on), the BEP index (every standardized BitTorrent extension + its status), and the key individual BEPs
that map to our census gaps. Reuses the proven sovereign TLS-1.3 stack (nx_https_fetch_follow + Mozilla CA),
saves each to knowledge/fetched/ts_*.raw so research COMPOUNDS + can be grepped to VALIDATE the census conf.
100% sovereign (own TLS, nx_cc->nxasm, no curl/wget/gcc). expect_exit: 0 license_tier: ORIGINAL
